Women’s Voices Project (Les femmes racontent)
“Women Talking Stories” (Les femmes racontent) is a dedicated initiative spotlighting our treasured elders. Our mission? To immortalize the rich history of Quebec feminism, ensuring it’s cherished in our collective memory. Through intergenerational gatherings across Quebec, we’ll capture firsthand accounts of women’s dedication to feminism. These poignant encounters will manifest in evocative video clips, a documentary, captivating photographs, and heartfelt quotations shared across our social platforms.
Our journey takes us to the hearts of Quebec City, Saguenay, and Montreal, drawing stories from the lives of veteran feminist activists. Their narratives will be a testament to Quebec’s feminist legacy, bridging the gap between generations. Young feminists can glean insights from these pioneers, celebrating and amplifying their voices in the process.
Stay tuned for updates on our forthcoming gatherings, contributors, focal themes, and fresh content that we’re eager to share with you!
