The Fédération des femmes du Québec (FFQ) presents our “Lunch and Learns” — intimate sessions dedicated to exploring feminist subjects dear to us.

We are steadfast in our commitment to fostering deep reflection and fostering open conversations about women’s rights, gender equality, and battling discrimination. With this in mind, we’ve introduced these sessions, usually set during lunch hours and conducted via Zoom to maximize involvement.

Every discussion tackles a topical issue. Our past conversations have spanned compelling subjects from deconstructing heteronormativity and addressing lesbophobia to navigating post-election feminist well-being and strategies against violence towards women.

Our mission? To craft a welcoming space for everyone to articulate their experiences, viewpoints, and thoughts. We’re convinced of the transformative power of dialogue in sculpting a cohesive and varied feminist movement.
